Every Monday, the restaurants, daycares and stores about to open near you. Your competitors can wait for the Grand Opening banner.

  • Ranked for you, closest to your office first
  • The numbers to call, and who owns each place
  • Your area is yours alone

Your first list is free. No card, nothing to sign.

Example: the Cypress area this week

25 new businessesare coming to the Cypress area: restaurants, clinics and stores. 7 of them open before Thanksgiving. About 5 more show up every week.

Duck & Bao opens on Spring Cypress Rd, by the Kroger, around Jan 5.

Updated Tuesday, Oct 20

Never hear “we already got a guy” again.

Picture Monday: coffee in the truck, this list on your phone, three calls made before your first stop.

Real places from this week’s Cypress list, ranked the way yours will be: closest first, best bets on top. The numbers are blurred. They come with the area.

Every place comes with who owns it and the numbers to call. And a reason to call now: opening soon, just licensed, or a new owner still picking vendors.

We cut the big chains, so every name on your list is a local owner you can actually sit down with.

Franchises and home businesses get tagged, not tossed. You decide what’s worth a stop.

Pulled from official Texas filings and licenses. Checked every day, and re-checked until the doors open.

Check my area

The opposite of a shared lead

Ever paid for a lead that every company in town got too? Not here. Your area is the ZIP codes around your office, and each ZIP goes to one company. Once it’s yours, none of your competitors get its list from us. Not this month, not next year, not for as long as you keep it.

Example: the Cypress areaNext door

How it works

  1. Punch in your ZIP. Two seconds.
  2. Kick the tires. This week’s list is free, and your area’s held 7 days.
  3. Keep it. $49 a month, and Mondays get a lot more interesting.

Families trust the daycare. Diners trust the kitchen. Both trust you. The least we can do is find you the next ones.

Stake your claim

$49 a month

Founding price. The price you start at is the price you keep. That’s less than a tank of gas for the work truck.

Land one contract and the whole year’s paid for. Every one after that is gravy.

Our deal: we earn your $49 every month, or you get it back. Just say the word. No contract.

Get my free list

Pay yearly and it’s $490. Two months on the house.

  • A fresh list every Monday: new restaurants, daycares, stores, hotels and clinics, before the doors open
  • Ranked for you, closest first, with the numbers to call, so new stops fit your route
  • New owners flagged while they’re still picking vendors
  • Owners with more than one place flagged, because one handshake can win you three
  • Your current customers taken off, so you never pitch someone who already pays you
  • One price for the whole company, however many trucks you run

Founding areas get every new feature free as it lands.

Will my competitors get this list?

Not from us. Your area is yours for as long as you keep it.

What happens after the free list?

Nothing, unless you want to keep your area. Then it’s $49 a month.

Will the price go up?

Not on you. The price you start at is the price you keep.

Questions

Is this just another lead service?

No. Leads are people already calling around. These are new businesses that haven’t picked anyone yet, and nobody else in your area gets them from us.

Where do these come from?

Official Texas filings and licenses, checked every day. Then we do the part that eats your time: finding a way to reach each place, cutting the chains and putting the closest first.

What counts as my area?

The ZIP codes around your office, about 12 miles out. Each ZIP goes to one pest-control company, so nothing’s shared. Type your ZIP up top to see yours.

What kinds of places?

Restaurants, food stores, daycares, hotels and clinics. The places that need you every month.

I don’t do restaurants.

No problem. Tell us what you don’t want and it’s gone from your list.

I already service some of these.

Tell us which ones and they’re off your list. No calling your own customers by mistake.

More than one office?

Claim an area for each one. Same deal, $49 a month each.

How fast do I get the free list?

Within one business day, from max@getribbonreport.com.

What if my area is taken?

Leave your email. If it opens up, you’re first in line.

Know a pest company outside your area?

Send them our way. When they sign up, you both get a month free.

Somebody near you just ordered the big scissors.

Have the contract signed before they use them.

Is your area still available?
